Terms and Conditions
1. Service & Responsibility
The Company will handle all garments with the utmost care, using standard industry practices. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or color fading.
- Loss of buttons, zippers, beads, or ornaments.
- Items without care labels or with misleading washing instructions.
2. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and delivery services are available in designated areas.
- Customers must ensure correct address and availability.
- Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to unavailability.
3. Payment Policy
- All charges are to be paid at the time of order or delivery.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Unpaid dues may result in withholding of garments until settlement.
4. Loss & Damage
- Compensation for proven company fault will not exceed 5x cleaning charge.
- High-value items must be declared in advance and insured separately.
5. Stain Removal
- Efforts will be made to remove stains but no guarantee is given.
- Some stains may become permanent if treated incorrectly beforehand.
6. Storage of Clothes
- Garments must be collected within 30 days of due date.
- Unclaimed garments after 60 days may be donated or disposed of.
7. Customer Obligations
- Check items before handing over (empty pockets, remove valuables).
- The company will not be responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.
- Customers should verify items at the time of delivery.
8. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will fall under the jurisdiction of local courts at [Your City].
